This full-time position offers a competitive salary of ₱17,000 – ₱18,000 per month, along with a supportive work environment where your passion for coffee and hospitality will be celebrated. Tanggung Jawab
- Prepare and serve high-quality coffee, tea, and other beverages according to established recipes and standards
- Interact with customers in a friendly and professional manner, taking orders and providing recommendations
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the coffee station, including equipment and work areas
- Operate coffee machines and other beverage preparation equipment safely and efficiently
- Handle cash transactions and operate the point-of-sale system accurately
- Monitor inventory levels and communicate supply needs to management
- Adhere to food safety and hygiene standards at all times
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations during peak hours
Kualifikasi
- Previous experience as a barista or in food service preferred but not required
- Basic knowledge of coffee preparation methods and brewing techniques
- Excellent customer service skills with a friendly and approachable demeanor
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
- Strong communication skills and ability to work effectively as part of a team
- Flexible schedule availability including early mornings, weekends, and holidays
- Physical ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 pounds
- Positive attitude and passion for providing exceptional customer experiences
