Tanggung Jawab
- Prepare and serve a wide variety of coffee-based beverages according to company standards.
- Provide friendly, efficient, and professional customer service to all guests.
- Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the coffee bar, equipment, and dining area.
- Operate point-of-sale systems and handle cash/digital transactions accurately.
- Monitor inventory levels and assist with the restocking of coffee beans, milk, and supplies.
- Adhere to all health, safety, and hygiene regulations at all times.
- Engage with customers to provide recommendations and promote daily specials.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations during peak service hours.
Kualifikasi
- Previous experience as a Barista or in a customer-facing food & beverage role is preferred.
- Proficiency in operating professional espresso machines and grinders.
- Strong communication skills with a focus on delivering excellent customer experiences.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and public holidays as needed.
- Possess a positive attitude, reliability, and a strong work ethic.
- Basic knowledge of food safety and sanitation practices.
- Ability to multitask and remain calm under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
- Fluent in English and/or Malay; ability to speak multiple languages is a plus.
