Tanggung Jawab
- Warmly greet customers, take accurate orders, and answer any questions regarding the menu or promotions.
- Prepare and serve a wide variety of hot and cold beverages, including espresso-based drinks, teas, and signature creations.
- Monitor and manage inventory levels of coffee beans, syrups, milk, and other supplies to prevent shortages.
- Maintain impeccable cleanliness of the workstation, utensils, and equipment in full compliance with health and safety regulations.
- Handle cash and card transactions through the POS system with absolute accuracy and responsibility.
- Assist in opening and closing duties, including setting up and breaking down the bar area.
- Collaborate closely with team members to maintain efficient workflow and excellent service during peak hours.
Kualifikasi
- Proven experience as a Barista or in a customer service role within the Food & Beverage industry.
- Solid knowledge of coffee brewing techniques, espresso machine operation, and basic latte art.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a friendly and approachable demeanor.
- Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced environment without compromising on quality.
- Strong sense of accountability, punctuality, and personal hygiene standards.
- Flexibility to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays when required.
