Tanggung Jawab
- Prepare and serve a variety of hot and cold beverages, including espresso, cappuccinos, and specialty drinks.
- Provide excellent customer service by greeting guests, taking orders, and answering questions about the menu.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace, including the counter, equipment, and seating area.
- Operate coffee brewing equipment and espresso machines safely and efficiently.
- Monitor inventory levels of coffee beans, milk, and syrups, and assist with restocking supplies as needed.
- Cash handling and processing transactions accurately using the Point of Sale (POS) system.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations in the coffee preparation area.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum 1 year of experience as a Barista or in a similar role is preferred.
- Strong knowledge of coffee brewing techniques, flavor profiles, and milk texturing.
- Ability to create latte art or a keen interest in learning and improving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a friendly and welcoming demeanor.
- High school diploma or equivalent educational background.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends, holidays, and early mornings.
- Basic math skills for accurate cash handling and inventory management.
