Are you passionate about coffee and wellness? PT Chill Longevity Resorts is looking for an energetic and outgoing Barista to join our growing health and fitness hub in Bali. We are not just serving coffee; we are curating an experience that aligns with our guests' longevity and wellness goals.
In this role, you will be the face of our coffee station, interacting with guests from all over the world. Tanggung Jawab
- Prepare and serve high-quality coffee and specialty beverages according to company standards.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and inviting coffee station and café area.
- Engage with guests in a friendly, outgoing, and professional manner to enhance their experience.
- Manage inventory, track stock levels, and coordinate replenishment of coffee supplies.
- Operate espresso machines, grinders, and other café equipment safely and efficiently.
- Ensure compliance with health and hygiene safety standards at all times.
- Handle customer orders and payments accurately using the POS system.
- Contribute to a positive, collaborative team environment within the resort.
Kualifikasi
- Proven experience as a Barista or in a similar hospitality role.
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills with an outgoing personality.
- Strong knowledge of coffee brewing techniques and latte art is a major plus.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and public holidays.
- A passion for health, fitness, and the longevity lifestyle.
- High level of reliability, punctuality, and personal grooming.
- Basic knowledge of POS systems and cash handling procedures.
- Fluency in English; knowledge of additional languages is an advantage.
