Tanggung Jawab
- Prepare and serve a wide range of hot and cold beverages, including espressos, cappuccinos, and teas, ensuring each drink meets our quality standards.
- Greet customers warmly and provide excellent customer service to enhance their dining and coffee experience.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitized work area, including the coffee machine, counter, and dining floor.
- Operate the point-of-sale (POS) system accurately to process orders and handle cash transactions.
- Monitor inventory levels of coffee beans, milk, syrups, and other supplies to prevent shortages.
- Follow all health, safety, and sanitation regulations strictly to ensure food safety compliance.
- Clean and sanitize brewing equipment daily to ensure optimal performance and taste.
- Collaborate with the front-of-house team to ensure seamless service during peak hours.
Kualifikasi
- Previous experience as a Barista or in a similar customer service role is preferred.
- Strong knowledge of coffee brewing techniques and a genuine passion for the industry.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to interact positively with a diverse range of customers.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
- Basic math skills for accurate cash handling and inventory management.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends, holidays, and night shifts.
- High school diploma or equivalent qualification.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift light equipment.
