- Prepare and serve specialty coffee beverages using precise techniques and premium ingredients
- Deliver exceptional customer service with personalized recommendations and warm interactions
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of service areas, equipment, and inventory
- Operate point-of-sale systems accurately and handle cash transactions efficiently
- Collaborate with team members during peak hours to ensure smooth operations
- Adhere to food safety standards and hygiene protocols
- Upsell menu items and promotional offerings to enhance customer experience
- Participate in inventory management and restocking of supplies
Kualifikasi
- High school diploma or equivalent; previous barista experience preferred
- Basic knowledge of coffee varieties, brewing methods, and equipment operation
- Strong customer service orientation with excellent communication skills
- Ability to work efficiently in fast-paced environments with multiple priorities
- Attention to detail in beverage preparation and presentation
- Flexibility to work weekends, evenings, and holidays as required
- Team player with collaborative approach to daily operations
- Basic math skills for handling transactions and inventory
