- Prepare and serve specialty coffee beverages using premium beans and techniques
- Operate POS systems accurately for cash and digital transactions
- Maintain cleanliness of coffee stations, equipment, and service areas
- Provide personalized recommendations and educate customers on coffee products
- Manage inventory and coordinate restocking of coffee supplies
- Collaborate with team members during peak service hours
- Uphold brand standards through consistent service quality
Kualifikasi
- Minimum 1 year of barista or customer service experience
- Proficiency in espresso brewing and milk texturing techniques
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask in fast-paced environments
