As a Barista at Rumah Tua Kopi, you will be the face of our establishment, responsible for creating exceptional coffee experiences for our diverse clientele. Our coffee house is more than just a place to grab a cup of coffee; it's a community hub where people come together to learn, share, and connect.

Tanggung Jawab
- Prepare and serve high-quality coffee beverages according to established recipes and standards
- Interact with customers in a friendly and professional manner, taking orders and providing recommendations
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the coffee station, including equipment and work areas
- Operate coffee-making equipment and ensure proper maintenance
- Assist with inventory management, including ordering supplies and tracking stock levels
- Upsell coffee products, pastries, and other offerings to enhance customer experience
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations during peak hours
- Adhere to all health and safety regulations and company policies
Kualifikasi
- Previous experience as a Barista or in a similar customer service role preferred
- Knowledge of coffee preparation techniques and coffee bean varieties
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to provide excellent customer service
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
- Basic math skills for handling cash transactions and making change
- Flexibility to work weekends, early mornings, and holidays as needed
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn and grow with the company
- Ability to work well in a team-oriented environment
