Tanggung Jawab
- Prepare and serve high-quality espresso-based beverages, manual brews, and other drinks according to house standards.
- Provide excellent customer service by greeting patrons warmly and assisting with menu recommendations.
- Maintain a clean and organized workstation, ensuring adherence to hygiene and safety protocols.
- Operate professional espresso machines, grinders, and other cafe equipment with precision.
- Manage point-of-sale transactions efficiently and accurately.
- Monitor inventory levels and assist in restocking coffee beans, milk, and other supplies.
- Engage with customers to foster a positive brand image and encourage repeat visits.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum of 1 year experience as a Barista or in a high-volume cafe environment.
- Strong knowledge of coffee beans, extraction processes, and milk texturing techniques.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a focus on hospitality.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
