Tanggung Jawab
- Prepare and serve a variety of high-quality coffee and tea beverages following standard recipes.
- Provide exceptional, friendly customer service to ensure a welcoming atmosphere for all guests.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the coffee station, service areas, and seating sections.
- Operate professional espresso machines, grinders, and other brewing equipment with precision.
- Manage customer transactions accurately using the POS system and handle cash or digital payments.
- Monitor inventory levels and assist in restocking coffee beans, syrups, milk, and other supplies.
- Maintain a deep knowledge of our menu offerings to provide thoughtful recommendations to customers.
- Collaborate with the team to ensure efficient workflow during peak business hours.
Kualifikasi
- Previous experience as a Barista or in a customer-facing food and beverage role is preferred.
- Strong understanding of coffee brewing methods, latte art, and espresso machine maintenance.
- Excellent communication skills with a friendly and outgoing personality.
- Ability to multitask and remain calm under pressure in a busy cafe environment.
- Flexible availability, including the ability to work weekends, holidays, and rotating shifts.
- A genuine passion for the coffee industry and an interest in floral aesthetics.
- High level of reliability, punctuality, and professional work ethic.
- Basic math skills for handling cash and inventory counts.
