Tanggung Jawab
- Prepare and serve specialty coffee beverages according to established recipes and quality standards
- Provide exceptional customer service with a warm, welcoming demeanor
- Operate and maintain coffee equipment, ensuring cleanliness and proper functioning
- Manage cash transactions and handle POS systems accurately
- Collaborate with team members to maintain efficient workflow during peak hours
- Uphold strict hygiene and safety standards in all food preparation areas
- Contribute to menu development through customer feedback and trend awareness
- Participate in inventory management and stock rotation
Kualifikasi
- Previous experience in a barista or customer service role preferred
- Basic knowledge of coffee brewing techniques and product varieties
- Strong communication skills and ability to work in a team environment
- Flexibility to work various shifts including weekends and holidays
- Attention to detail and commitment to quality standards
- Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently during busy periods
