- Prepare and serve a wide variety of hot and cold beverages, including espresso-based drinks, teas, and other specialty coffees according to company recipes.
- Operate coffee brewing equipment and espresso machines with precision and care to ensure consistent quality.
- Create visually appealing latte art and present drinks in an appetizing manner.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitary work area, including counters, seating areas, and storage spaces.
- Greet customers warmly, take orders accurately, and provide friendly, efficient customer service.
- Follow health, safety, and sanitation guidelines at all times.
- Restock ingredients, cups, and supplies to ensure smooth daily operations.
- Clean and sanitize all equipment, utensils, and workstations after each shift.
Kualifikasi
- Previous experience in coffee making, espresso preparation, milk steaming, and latte art is preferred.
- Neat, professional appearance and good personal hygiene.
- Strong sense of responsibility and reliability.
