Tanggung Jawab
- Prepare and serve a wide variety of hot and cold beverages, including espresso-based drinks, teas, and smoothies, following exact recipes.
- Maintain a pristine and inviting atmosphere in the café, ensuring the workspace, seating area, and equipment are spotless.
- Greet customers warmly, take orders accurately, and provide recommendations to enhance their experience.
- Operate espresso machines and other kitchen equipment with precision and safety.
- Monitor inventory levels of coffee beans, milk, and syrups, and assist with restocking as needed.
- Handle cash transactions and process payments accurately using the POS system.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum of 1 year of professional experience as a Barista.
- Strong understanding of coffee brewing techniques, milk frothing, and latte art.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a focus on customer service.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
- Reliable, punctual, and able to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
- Basic math skills for cash handling and inventory checks.
