- Prepare and serve specialty coffee beverages according to standardized recipes and quality standards
- Provide exceptional customer service through personalized recommendations and order accuracy
- Maintain cleanliness of service areas, equipment, and dining spaces throughout shifts
- Manage inventory of coffee supplies, syrups, and food items with efficient stock rotation
- Operate point-of-sale systems accurately while processing cash and digital payments
- Train new staff on beverage preparation techniques and customer engagement protocols
- Contribute to menu innovation through seasonal recipe development and feedback
Kualifikasi
- 1+ years of barista or hospitality experience preferred
- Proficiency in espresso machine operation and milk texturing techniques
- Strong knowledge of coffee origins, brewing methods, and flavor profiles
- Excellent communication skills with ability to multitask in fast-paced environments
- Basic food safety certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Positive attitude with commitment to team collaboration and customer satisfaction
- Ability to work flexible hours including early mornings, weekends, and holidays
