Tanggung Jawab
- Prepare and serve a variety of hot and cold beverages according to standard recipes and quality standards.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitary work area and seating environment at all times.
- Operate brewing equipment (espresso machines, grinders) and perform routine maintenance checks to ensure functionality.
- Engage with customers warmly, take orders accurately, and provide exceptional service to enhance the customer experience.
- Handle cash and card transactions efficiently, ensuring accuracy and adherence to cash handling policies.
- Restock supplies (milk, syrups, cups, pastries) to ensure smooth daily operations.
- Upsell products and share knowledge about our coffee offerings and menu items.
Kualifikasi
- Previous experience as a Barista or in the hospitality industry is preferred.
- Basic knowledge of coffee brewing techniques, espresso machines, and cleaning procedures.
- Strong passion for coffee and a willingness to learn new skills and recipes.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with a keen attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact with diverse customers.
- Physical stamina to stand for extended periods and lift light supplies.
- Flexibility to work flexible shifts, including weekends and public holidays.
