Tanggung Jawab
- Craft high-quality espresso-based beverages, including perfecting latte art and signature mixed coffee drinks.
- Operate professional espresso machines and maintain equipment cleanliness for optimal performance.
- Provide friendly, efficient, and personalized service to all restaurant guests.
- Perform regular inventory checks and stock management (stock opname) to ensure sufficient supplies.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitary workspace adhering to health and safety regulations.
- Collaborate with the service team to ensure seamless beverage delivery during peak hours.
- Assist in the development of seasonal drink menus and creative beverage offerings.
Kualifikasi
- Proven experience as a Barista or in a similar coffee-service role.
- Strong technical skills in manual espresso extraction and milk steaming.
- Passion for coffee culture, latte art, and the ability to learn new mixology techniques.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage with customers effectively.
- Strong sense of responsibility, punctuality, and ability to work in a high-pressure environment.
- Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends and public holidays.
- Basic knowledge of inventory management and quality control processes.
