Tanggung Jawab
- Prepare and serve high-quality coffee and beverages according to Dang Cookies standards and recipes.
- Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring every guest feels welcome and valued.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitary workspace, including the coffee bar and dining area.
- Operate point-of-sale (POS) systems accurately for orders and payments.
- Assist with food preparation and plating to enhance the overall customer experience.
- Engage with customers to understand their preferences and suggest appropriate products.
- Adhere to all health, safety, and hygiene regulations at all times.
Kualifikasi
- Previous experience as a Barista or in the hospitality and tourism industry is preferred.
- A genuine passion for coffee, tea, and customer service.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays.
- Basic math skills for accurate cash handling and inventory management.
- A friendly, positive attitude and a team-oriented mindset.
