Tanggung Jawab
- Prepare and serve a wide variety of hot and cold beverages, including espresso-based drinks, teas, and specialty coffees.
- Operate coffee brewing equipment and maintain it in excellent working condition.
- Greet customers warmly, take orders accurately, and provide recommendations based on their preferences.
- Clean and sanitize work areas, including tables, countertops, espresso machines, and restrooms.
- Monitor inventory levels of coffee beans, milk, and supplies; restock as needed.
- Process payments accurately using the point-of-sale system.
- Assist in maintaining a clean, safe, and organized store environment.
- Upsell products and promote loyalty programs to customers.
Kualifikasi
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous experience as a barista or in customer service is preferred but not required; training will be provided.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and perform physical tasks (e.g., lifting, moving equipment).
- Strong attention to detail and hygiene standards.
- Enthusiastic and friendly attitude with a genuine passion for coffee.
- Ability to work well in a team and under pressure during peak hours.
