Tanggung Jawab
- Prepare and serve high-quality espresso-based beverages, teas, and specialty drinks according to established standards.
- Greet customers warmly, take orders accurately, and provide recommendations to enhance their dining experience.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the coffee bar, equipment, and dining area.
- Manage inventory, monitor bean freshness, and ensure milk and supplies are adequately stocked.
- Operate point-of-sale (POS) systems and handle cash transactions efficiently.
- Collaborate with kitchen and floor staff to ensure seamless service flow during peak hours.
- Consistently follow health, safety, and sanitation guidelines at all times.
Kualifikasi
- Proven experience as a Barista, preferably in a fast-paced restaurant or cafe setting.
- Strong knowledge of coffee bean origins, grind settings, and extraction techniques.
- Proficiency in latte art and milk texturing is highly desirable.
- Excellent communication skills with a friendly and professional demeanor.
- Ability to multitask and work effectively under pressure.
- Flexibility to work shifts, including weekends and public holidays.
- Basic understanding of food safety and hygiene regulations.
- Fluent in Indonesian; English proficiency is a significant advantage given the location.
