Tanggung Jawab
- Prepare and serve a variety of high-quality coffee and non-coffee beverages following brand standards.
- Provide exceptional customer service by greeting guests, answering inquiries, and making personalized recommendations.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and inviting workspace, including espresso machines, grinders, and service counters.
- Handle point-of-sale (POS) transactions accurately and efficiently.
- Manage inventory levels and restock supplies as needed to ensure smooth daily operations.
- Adhere strictly to health and safety regulations, as well as food hygiene standards.
- Collaborate effectively with team members to ensure efficient workflow during peak hours.
Kualifikasi
- High school diploma or equivalent (vocational background in Hospitality/Tourism is a plus).
- Strong communication skills and a friendly, welcoming attitude.
- High level of discipline, punctuality, and ability to work in shifts.
- Previous experience as a Barista or in the F&B industry is highly preferred but not required for energetic learners.
- Basic knowledge of coffee beans, brewing methods, and milk frothing techniques.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment while maintaining quality.
- Proficiency in handling cash and basic digital payment systems.
