Tanggung Jawab
- Warmly greet customers, take orders accurately, and process payments using the POS system.
- Prepare and serve a variety of coffee, espresso, tea, and specialty drinks according to BAPC - Prime standard recipes.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the coffee bar, equipment, and dining area.
- Monitor and stock inventory levels of coffee beans, milk, syrups, cups, and other supplies.
- Upsell menu items and inform customers about ongoing promotions and loyalty programs.
- Handle customer inquiries, feedback, and complaints with a positive and solution-oriented attitude.
- Ensure strict adherence to all health, safety, and sanitation guidelines.
- Collaborate with team members to deliver fast, efficient, and friendly service during peak hours.
Kualifikasi
- At least a High School Diploma or Senior High School Graduate; a degree in Hospitality or a related field is a strong advantage.
- Minimum of 1 year of experience as a Barista or in a customer-facing food service role is preferred.
- Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills in both English and Filipino.
- Strong work ethic, reliability, and punctuality with a positive attitude.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Willingness to work on a shifting schedule, including weekends and holidays.
- Must be a current resident of Tuguegarao City or willing to relocate.
- Knowledge of coffee brewing techniques, latte art, and drink customization is a significant plus.
