Tanggung Jawab
- Prepare and serve a variety of hot and cold beverages, including espresso-based drinks, teas, and other specialty coffee.
- Operate coffee brewing equipment and maintain high cleanliness standards in the workspace.
- Greet customers warmly, take orders accurately, and provide friendly, efficient service.
- Handle cash transactions and operate Point of Sale (POS) systems accurately.
- Assist with inventory management, restocking supplies, and performing daily opening and closing duties.
- Train new staff members on brewing techniques and customer service standards.
Kualifikasi
- Previous experience as a Barista or in the hospitality industry is preferred but not mandatory.
- Strong passion for coffee and basic knowledge of brewing techniques.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and stand for extended periods.
- Basic math skills for handling cash and inventory.
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays.
