Tanggung Jawab
- Prepare and serve a variety of coffee beverages (espresso, cappuccino, latte, cold brew) to the highest standard.
- Operate and maintain espresso machines, grinders, and other brewing equipment safely and efficiently.
- Provide warm, friendly, and efficient customer service, handling inquiries and special requests with a smile.
- Handle cash register operations, process payments, and accurately complete daily sales reports.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and inviting workspace, adhering to strict hygiene and safety standards.
- Monitor and manage coffee, milk, and syrup inventory, assisting with weekly ordering to prevent shortages.
- Collaborate with the retail team to promote surf products and create a cohesive brand experience for customers.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum 1 year of proven experience as a Barista in a specialty coffee shop or high-volume cafe.
- Excellent knowledge of coffee theory, extraction methods, and latte art techniques.
- Strong communication skills in English (verbal and written). Ability to speak Indonesian or other languages is a plus.
- Customer service oriented with a positive attitude and strong work ethic.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Flexible schedule, including availability to work weekends and public holidays.
- Valid food safety certification or willingness to obtain one.
- Must hold a valid Indonesian work visa (KITAS) or be an Indonesian citizen with a local ID card (KTP).
