Tanggung Jawab
- Prepare and serve a wide range of hot and cold beverages, including espresso-based coffee, tea, and specialty drinks, in accordance with standard recipes and quality standards.
- Research and develop innovative drink recipes to refresh the seasonal menu, conducting taste tests and sourcing premium ingredients.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and well-stocked work station, ensuring all equipment (espresso machines, grinders, blenders) is operated safely and cleaned regularly.
- Greet customers warmly, take orders accurately, and handle payments efficiently using the POS system, providing exceptional and friendly service.
- Manage inventory levels of coffee beans, syrups, milk, and other supplies, assisting with order placement and stock rotation to minimize waste.
- Engage with customers to educate them about our products, make personalized recommendations, and build a loyal customer base through genuine interactions.
- Collaborate with the team to maintain a cohesive and efficient workflow during peak hours, ensuring prompt service and quality standards.
Kualifikasi
- At least 6 months to 1 year of experience as a Barista in a high-volume cafe or coffee shop environment.
- Strong knowledge of coffee brewing techniques, espresso machine operation, and milk steaming/frothing for latte art.
- Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills with a friendly and approachable demeanor.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple orders simultaneously without compromising quality.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- A genuine passion for the hospitality industry and a strong desire to learn and grow professionally within the company.
- Must be based in or willing to relocate to Quezon City, Metro Manila.
