Tanggung Jawab
- Prepare and serve a wide variety of coffee beverages and teas according to established recipes and quality standards.
- Greet customers warmly, take orders accurately, and provide recommendations based on their preferences.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and well-stocked workspace in compliance with health and safety regulations.
- Operate and maintain espresso machines, grinders, and brewing equipment regularly.
- Develop and refine latte art skills to enhance the visual appeal of beverages.
- Manage cash transactions accurately using the point-of-sale (POS) system.
- Assist with inventory management, including checking stock levels and rotating supplies.
- Collaborate with the team to ensure smooth service during peak hours and special events.
Kualifikasi
- Prior experience of at least 1-2 years as a Barista in a reputable café or hotel environment.
- Excellent knowledge of coffee beans, origins, roasting profiles, and brewing methods (e.g., espresso, pour-over, cold brew).
- Proficiency in latte art and sensory skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-centric mindset.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
- Fluency in English is required (additional languages like Indonesian or Mandarin are a plus).
- Willingness to work shifts, including weekends and public holidays.
- Valid work permit or residency in Indonesia (if applicable).
