Tanggung Jawab
- Prepare and serve a variety of high-quality coffee and non-coffee beverages according to standard recipes and presentation guidelines.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and inviting workspace, including the coffee bar, dining area, and equipment.
- Greet customers warmly and provide friendly, efficient, and accurate service to ensure a positive dining experience.
- Operate commercial coffee brewing equipment and perform routine cleaning and maintenance to ensure machine longevity.
- Assist in inventory management, including checking stock levels and restocking supplies as needed.
- Collaborate effectively with kitchen and front-of-house teams to ensure seamless operations during peak hours.
- Adhere to all health, safety, and sanitation standards set by the company and local regulations.
Kualifikasi
- Previous experience as a Barista or in the hospitality industry is preferred but not mandatory.
- A genuine passion for coffee and customer service is essential.
- Ability to work well in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment while maintaining a positive attitude.
- Strong communication skills and a friendly, approachable demeanor.
