- Prepare and serve specialty coffee beverages using advanced brewing techniques
- Master latte art and consistent drink presentation standards
- Deliver exceptional customer service through personalized interactions
- Maintain hygiene and safety protocols in all service areas
- Operate and maintain coffee equipment to manufacturer specifications
- Collaborate with team members during peak hours for efficient service
- Contribute to menu development and seasonal promotions
- Train junior staff on coffee preparation and service excellence
Kualifikasi
- Minimum 1 year experience in specialty coffee preparation
- Certification in barista training or willingness to obtain
- Strong knowledge of coffee origins, roasts, and brewing methods
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work efficiently in fast-paced environments
- Basic cash handling and POS system proficiency
- Passion for continuous learning and skill development
- Fluency in Bahasa Indonesia and English (preferred)
