Ninua Bali Indonesia is seeking a friendly and skilled Barista to join our team in vibrant Canggu. As a key member of our café, you will be responsible for crafting premium coffee, providing exceptional customer service, and ensuring a warm and inviting atmosphere for our guests.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and serve a variety of coffee beverages and other drinks to our high standards.
• Greet customers warmly, take orders accurately, and provide personalized recommendations.
• Handle cashier transactions efficiently and maintain an accurate cash drawer.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and well-stocked work station, adhering to health and safety regulations.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations during peak hours.
• Assist in inventory management, including ordering supplies and rotating stock.
• Contribute to a positive and welcoming environment that encourages customer loyalty.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a Barista or in a similar role within a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent knowledge of coffee brewing techniques, espresso machines, and latte art.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a friendly, approachable demeanor.
• Ability to multitask and work efficiently under pressure.
• Cash handling experience and basic math skills.
• Flexibility to work shifts, including weekends and holidays.
• A team player with a positive attitude and strong work ethic.
• Fluency in English; knowledge of Indonesian is a plus.
