Tanggung Jawab
- Prepare and serve specialty coffee beverages according to established recipes and quality standards
- Ensure cleanliness and organization of the coffee station, equipment, and customer areas
- Provide exceptional customer service, including product recommendations and order accuracy
- Operate and maintain coffee brewing equipment, ensuring optimal performance
- Manage inventory levels of coffee beans, syrups, and supplies
- Handle cash transactions and POS operations efficiently
- Adhere to health and safety regulations and food handling protocols
Kualifikasi
- Previous barista or customer service experience preferred
- Basic knowledge of coffee brewing techniques and equipment
