Kualifikasi
- 1+ years of experience in coffee preparation or hospitality roles
- Deep knowledge of coffee brewing methods and flavor profiles
- Strong communication skills with fluency in Bahasa Indonesia and basic English
- Ability to work efficiently in high-pressure environments while maintaining quality
- Basic math skills for cash handling and POS system operation
- Commitment to punctuality and flexible scheduling including weekends
