- Prepare and serve a variety of coffee and non-coffee beverages according to recipes and quality standards
- Build strong customer relationships through personalized service and product knowledge
- Operate and maintain coffee equipment, ensuring optimal performance and hygiene
- Manage inventory levels, restock supplies, and report equipment issues promptly
- Collaborate with team members to maintain efficient workflow during busy periods
- Uphold cleanliness and safety standards in all service areas
- Process payments accurately using POS systems
- Contribute to a positive team environment through communication and mutual support
Kualifikasi
- Proven experience as a Barista or similar role in the hospitality industry
- Deep knowledge of coffee varieties, brewing methods, and flavor profiles
- Strong customer service orientation with excellent communication skills
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Basic math skills for handling cash transactions
- Physical stamina to stand for extended periods and lift up to 20kg
- Flexibility to work various shifts including early mornings and weekends
- Commitment to maintaining cleanliness and food safety standards
