Tanggung Jawab
- Prepare and serve high-quality coffee and beverage products according to brand standards.
- Engage with customers to provide personalized service and build lasting relationships.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming environment for both guests and staff.
- Manage point-of-sale transactions efficiently and accurately.
- Maintain deep knowledge of coffee beans, brewing methods, and menu offerings.
- Assist in daily inventory checks and restocking of supplies.
- Uphold food safety and sanitation guidelines at all times.
Kualifikasi
- Prior experience in a café or hospitality environment is highly preferred.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to interact comfortably with international guests.
- Strong team player with a positive, professional, and proactive attitude.
- Ability to multitask and work effectively under pressure in a fast-paced setting.
- Demonstrated interest in coffee culture and brewing techniques.
- Flexibility to work shifts, including weekends and public holidays.
- Basic English proficiency to support international clientele.
