Tanggung Jawab
- Prepare and serve high-quality espresso-based beverages, filter coffee, and other menu items following company standards.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming coffee shop environment at all times.
- Provide exceptional customer service by engaging with guests, answering questions, and personalizing their experience.
- Manage point-of-sale (POS) transactions accurately and handle cash/digital payments.
- Monitor inventory levels and assist in restocking coffee beans, milk, syrups, and other cafe supplies.
- Perform daily cleaning and maintenance of espresso machines, grinders, and other brewing equipment.
- Follow health and safety guidelines to ensure high hygiene standards for food and beverage preparation.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum of 1 year of experience as a Barista or in the hospitality/F&B industry.
- Passionate about coffee culture, brewing techniques, and continuous learning.
- Excellent communication skills with a friendly, outgoing, and professional attitude.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining high attention to detail.
- Willingness to work flexible shifts, including weekends and public holidays.
- Basic knowledge of latte art and espresso machine calibration is highly preferred.
- Strong integrity and a team-player mindset.
- High school diploma or equivalent qualification.
