Tanggung Jawab
- Prepare and serve specialty coffee drinks including espresso, cappuccino, and seasonal beverages
- Ensure exceptional customer service through personalized recommendations and efficient order handling
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards in all coffee preparation areas
- Manage inventory of coffee beans, syrups, and bakery supplies
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to coordinate food and beverage offerings
- Operate and maintain espresso machines and brewing equipment
- Contribute to a positive team environment during peak hours
Kualifikasi
- Proven experience as a Barista or similar role in the hospitality industry
- Deep knowledge of coffee brewing techniques and flavor profiles
- Strong communication skills with ability to engage diverse customers
- Ability to work efficiently in fast-paced environments
