Tanggung Jawab
- Prepare and serve specialty coffee beverages using premium beans and advanced techniques
- Operate espresso machines, grinders, and other coffee equipment with precision
- Provide exceptional customer service with personalized recommendations
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards in all service areas
- Assist with inventory management and stock rotation of coffee products
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to support menu offerings and promotions
- Adhere to food safety protocols and operational procedures
Kualifikasi
- Minimum 1 year of professional barista experience
- Deep knowledge of coffee brewing methods and flavor profiles
- Strong customer service orientation with excellent communication skills
- Ability to work efficiently in a high-volume environment
- Basic English proficiency; Bahasa Indonesia fluency required
- Valid food handling certification preferred
- Physical stamina to stand for extended periods
