Tanggung Jawab
- Prepare and serve a wide variety of hot and cold coffee beverages according to standard recipes and quality guidelines.
- Operate coffee brewing equipment and maintain a clean, organized, and sanitized workstation at all times.
- Greet customers warmly and provide friendly, efficient, and accurate service to enhance their experience.
- Handle cash transactions and manage the point of sale (POS) system accurately and efficiently.
- Restock supplies, milk, syrups, and pastries to ensure smooth daily operations.
- Assist with food preparation and plating duties when necessary to support the kitchen team.
- Uphold the company's brand image, hygiene standards, and safety protocols strictly.
Kualifikasi
- High school diploma or equivalent qualification.
- Previous experience as a Barista is preferred but not required; we provide training for enthusiastic candidates.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact well with customers and colleagues.
- Basic math skills for handling cash, orders, and inventory counts.
- Passion for coffee, food, and providing top-tier customer service.
- Reliable, punctual, and willing to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
