- Prepare and serve high-quality coffee and specialty beverages according to established recipes and standards
- Maintain a clean, organized, and fully stocked coffee station at all times
- Provide exceptional customer service through friendly interactions and personalized recommendations
- Operate and maintain espresso machines, grinders, and other brewing equipment
- Process customer orders accurately using POS systems and handle cash transactions
- Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient workflow during peak hours
- Adhere strictly to health, safety, and sanitation regulations
Kualifikasi
- Previous barista or customer service experience preferred
- Deep passion for coffee and knowledge of brewing techniques
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to create positive guest interactions
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Basic understanding of POS systems and cash handling procedures
- Flexibility to work weekends, holidays, and varying shifts
