- Prepare and serve high-quality coffee beverages according to established recipes and standards
- Master various brewing techniques including espresso, pour-over, and French press methods
- Create visually appealing latte art and specialty coffee presentations
- Provide exceptional customer service with a friendly and professional demeanor
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the coffee station and service areas
- Handle cash transactions and operate POS systems accurately
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations during peak hours
- Stay updated on coffee trends and continuously develop your barista skills
Kualifikasi
- Previous experience as a barista or in a similar customer service role preferred
