Tanggung Jawab
- Prepare and serve a wide variety of coffee beverages, including espresso, latte, cappuccino, and specialty drinks, adhering to AMINO RESTO’s quality and presentation standards.
- Operate and maintain all coffee equipment, ensuring cleanliness, proper calibration, and reporting any maintenance needs promptly.
- Provide exceptional customer service, taking orders accurately and engaging with customers in a friendly, professional, and attentive manner, utilizing strong English language skills.
- Handle cash and credit card transactions accurately and efficiently using the POS system, ensuring proper cash management.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and inviting workstation, café area, and back-of-house storage throughout the shift.
- Monitor and manage inventory of coffee beans, milk, syrups, pastries, and other supplies, notifying management of low stock levels.
- Educate customers on menu items, coffee origins, flavor profiles, and preparation methods to enhance their overall experience.
- Adhere strictly to all food safety, hygiene, and sanitation regulations and company policies.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum 1-2 years of proven experience as a Barista in a reputable café, restaurant, or hospitality setting.
- Excellent command of the English language, both spoken and written, to effectively communicate with diverse local and international customers.
- Demonstrated knowledge of coffee preparation techniques, espresso machine operation, grinder calibration, and basic latte art.
- Strong customer service skills with a friendly, outgoing, positive, and professional demeanor.
- Ability to work efficiently and calmly in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously during peak hours.
- Exceptional attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining high standards of quality, cleanliness, and presentation.
- A genuine passion for coffee, its culture, and a desire to continuously learn and develop new skills.
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including mornings, evenings, weekends, and public holidays, as required by business needs.
