Tanggung Jawab
- Brew and serve high-quality specialty coffee beverages according to standard recipes and taste profiles.
- Create intricate latte art and ensure the visual presentation of drinks meets our high aesthetic standards.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitized workspace, including the coffee bar, dining area, and restrooms.
- Engage with customers warmly, take orders accurately, and provide attentive service to ensure a great customer experience.
- Operate coffee equipment (grinders, espresso machines, blenders) safely and efficiently throughout the shift.
- Restock supplies (milk, syrups, cups, napkins) to ensure smooth operations during busy periods.
- Handle cash transactions and process payments accurately using the POS system.
Kualifikasi
- Previous experience as a Barista in a coffee shop or specialty café is preferred.
- A genuine passion for coffee culture, including knowledge of different beans, brewing methods, and flavor profiles.
- Ability to perform latte art with precision and creativity.
- Strong communication skills and a positive, customer-centric attitude.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and stand for extended periods.
- Basic math skills for handling cash and making change.
- Flexibility to work varying shifts, including weekends, holidays, and evenings.
