Tanggung Jawab
- Prepare and serve a wide variety of hot and cold coffee beverages, teas, and snacks according to standard recipes.
- Greet customers warmly upon arrival, take orders accurately, and provide detailed product recommendations.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe workspace, including the coffee bar, dining area, and restrooms.
- Operate Point of Sale (POS) systems efficiently to process transactions and manage orders.
- Follow strict health and safety guidelines and sanitation standards at all times.
- Clean and sanitize coffee-making equipment to ensure optimal performance and product quality.
- Collaborate effectively with the front-of-house and back-of-house team to ensure smooth daily operations.
Kualifikasi
- Previous experience in a coffee shop or hospitality role is preferred, but fresh graduates are highly encouraged to apply.
- A genuine passion for coffee and knowledge of brewing techniques is a significant advantage.
- Excellent communication skills and a friendly, outgoing personality are essential.
- Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends, nights, and holidays.
- Basic math skills for handling cash and processing orders quickly.
- Willingness to learn and adapt to new recipes and service standards.
- High school diploma or equivalent education level.
