Tanggung Jawab
- Prepare and serve high-quality coffee beverages according to established recipes and standards
- Provide excellent customer service and create a welcoming atmosphere for all patrons
- Operate and maintain coffee equipment, ensuring cleanliness and proper functioning
- Assist with inventory management, including ordering supplies and tracking stock levels
- Upsell coffee products, food items, and promotional offerings to enhance customer experience
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations during peak hours
- Adhere to health, safety, and sanitation regulations at all times
Kualifikasi
- Previous experience as a barista or in a similar customer service role preferred
- Knowledge of coffee brewing techniques, equipment, and coffee bean varieties
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a friendly, approachable demeanor
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
- Basic math skills for handling cash transactions and processing payments
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including early mornings, weekends, and holidays
- Passion for coffee and enthusiasm for learning about different brewing methods
