Tanggung Jawab
- Craft and serve a wide range of coffee beverages (espresso, latte, cappuccino, etc.) and other drinks according to AMINO RESTO's high standards.
- Operate and maintain espresso machines, grinders, and other brewing equipment, ensuring cleanliness and optimal performance.
- Engage with guests in a friendly and professional manner, accurately taking orders and providing informed recommendations.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and hygienic work environment, including the coffee bar and surrounding areas.
- Handle cash and electronic transactions accurately, processing payments and managing the till.
- Monitor and replenish coffee beans, milk, syrups, and other bar supplies as needed, reporting stock levels.
- Ensure compliance with all health, safety, and hygiene regulations relevant to food and beverage service.
- Provide exceptional customer service, addressing guest inquiries and resolving concerns promptly and courteously.
Kualifikasi
- Proven experience as a Barista, preferably in a fast-paced cafe or restaurant environment for at least 1-2 years.
- Excellent proficiency in the English language, both spoken and written, to effectively communicate with international guests and team members.
- Strong knowledge of coffee preparation techniques, latte art, and various brew methods.
- Ability to work efficiently under pressure and maintain a positive attitude during busy periods.
- Exceptional customer service, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- A keen eye for detail and commitment to quality, consistency, and presentation.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and public holidays, as required by the hospitality industry.
- Possess a valid health certificate or be willing to obtain one upon employment.
