- Prepare and serve high-quality coffee beverages according to established recipes and standards
- Provide exceptional customer service with a warm, friendly, and professional demeanor
- Operate and maintain coffee equipment, ensuring proper cleaning and calibration
- Assist with inventory management, including ordering supplies and tracking stock levels
- Create a welcoming atmosphere for customers through attentive service and cleanliness
- Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient operations during peak hours
- Stay updated on coffee trends and continuously improve your coffee-making skills
- Handle cash transactions accurately and maintain a clean, organized workspace
Kualifikasi
- Previous experience as a Barista or in a similar coffee service role
- Knowledge of various coffee brewing methods and techniques
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain consistency in beverage preparation
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining quality
- Passion for coffee and enthusiasm to learn about different coffee varieties
- Basic computer skills for operating POS systems
