As our Barista, you will be the face of our brand, ensuring high-quality coffee preparation, maintaining a clean and inviting workspace, and contributing to the upbeat atmosphere that defines our cafe. Tanggung Jawab
- Prepare and serve high-quality espresso-based beverages, filter coffee, and specialty drinks.
- Greet customers warmly and provide expert recommendations from our menu.
- Maintain high standards of hygiene and cleanliness at the coffee station and service area.
- Operate and perform basic troubleshooting on coffee machines and grinders.
- Manage point-of-sale (POS) transactions accurately and efficiently.
- Monitor inventory levels of beans, milk, and other cafe supplies.
- Collaborate with the kitchen and service team to ensure a seamless guest experience.
Kualifikasi
- Previous experience as a Barista or in a high-volume coffee shop environment is highly preferred.
- Proficiency in brewing methods and latte art skills is a significant advantage.
- Strong communication skills with a friendly and outgoing personality.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends, holidays, and shift work.
- Willingness to learn and adapt to cafe standard operating procedures.
- Basic understanding of food safety and health regulations.
- Ability to stand for long periods and handle the physical requirements of a busy cafe.
