Tanggung Jawab
- Prepare and serve high-quality coffee beverages according to established recipes and standards
- Provide excellent customer service, greeting customers, taking orders, and addressing inquiries
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the coffee station, equipment, and seating area
- Process customer payments accurately and efficiently
- Assist with inventory management, including ordering supplies and tracking stock levels
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations during peak hours
- Stay updated on new coffee trends, brewing techniques, and product knowledge
Kualifikasi
- Previous experience as a Barista or in a similar customer service role preferred
- Basic knowledge of coffee varieties, brewing methods, and preparation techniques
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work effectively in a team environment
- Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously in a fast-paced setting
- Attention to detail and commitment to maintaining high standards of quality
- Basic math skills for handling cash transactions and inventory management
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including early mornings, weekends, and holidays
