- Prepare and serve specialty coffee beverages using precise brewing techniques
- Deliver exceptional customer service with warm, personalized interactions
- Maintain pristine cleanliness of coffee station and customer areas
- Manage cash transactions and POS system operations accurately
- Assist with inventory management and supply ordering
- Develop and suggest coffee pairings to enhance customer experience
- Adhere strictly to health and safety protocols

Kualifikasi
- Proven experience as a barista or 1+ years in hospitality
- Deep knowledge of coffee varieties, brewing methods, and equipment
- Strong communication skills in Bahasa Indonesia and English
- Ability to work efficiently during peak hours
- Attention to detail and passion for coffee craftsmanship
- Basic math skills for cash handling and inventory
