Tanggung Jawab
- Prepare and serve a wide variety of hot and cold beverages, including espresso-based drinks, teas, and specialty coffees.
- Operate coffee brewing equipment, such as espresso machines and grinders, with precision and care.
- Maintain a pristine workspace, including the counter, seating area, and storage areas, adhering to hygiene standards.
- Interact warmly with customers to take orders, answer questions, and address any concerns promptly.
- Restock ingredients, cups, napkins, and supplies to ensure smooth daily operations.
- Adhere to all food safety regulations and health codes at all times.
- Upsell products and promote seasonal specials to enhance the customer experience.
Kualifikasi
- High school diploma or equivalent; hospitality or food service experience is a plus.
- Previous experience as a Barista or in a customer-facing role is preferred.
- Familiarity with coffee brewing techniques, milk frothing, and latte art is highly desirable.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a genuine customer-first mindset.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Basic math skills for handling cash transactions and making change accurately.
