Tanggung Jawab
- Prepare and serve coffee and non-coffee beverages following company standards and recipes
- Operate coffee equipment including espresso machines, grinders, and brewers
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of coffee stations and service areas
- Provide exceptional customer service with product knowledge recommendations
- Monitor inventory levels and restock supplies as needed
- Adhere to food safety and hygiene protocols
- Collaborate with team members during peak service hours
Kualifikasi
- Previous barista or customer service experience preferred
- Basic knowledge of coffee preparation techniques and beverage recipes
